McGrath Estate Agents, one of Australia’s most scrutinised real estate agencies has scored a surprise accolade, one that you wouldn’t ordinarily associate with a group of its size and influence.

McGrath has been ranked No. 2 in a list of the top 10 most “Mobile Ready” Australian brands, in a new ranking powered by a group of media associated companies including Google.

The MDEX ranking has been launched by Ansible, the mobile marketing and technology agency of IPG Mediabrands, in partnership with global market research firm YouGov and powered by Google.

The MDEX ranking considers the world’s most “mobile ready” brands based on five dimensions across both mobile presence and performance: mobile optimisation, discoverability, navigation and content, utility and usability, and driving desired actions.

McGrath founder and executive director John McGrath said technology will be a significant differentiator in every industry moving forward.

He also said it has been a passion and focus of his “for many years”, and that the company’s focus on innovation in technology will enhance its marketing power and service.

“So it’s an honour to be the only real estate brand recognised in the MDEX ranking of Australian brands,” he said.

“As technology continues to change the method and pace of real estate transactions we are committed to being at the forefront in terms of providing a dynamic and engaging customer experience.”
