REA Group’s realestate.com.au has confirmed its partnership with the REB Awards this year, saying it is excited about the prospect of once again showing its support for real estate agents in Australia.
“The REB Awards are a great way to recognise the very best operators in the industry,” REA Group’s executive general manager – residential, Andrew Rechtman, said.
Mr Rechtman said it is fitting that realestate.com.au s sponsoring the Digital Presence of the Year award as digital innovation is at the heart of the realestate.com.au business.
The Digital Presence of the Year award recognises excellence in the digital space, the ability to generate leads and win more listings, and make more sales.

“The Digital Presence award recognises those that go above and beyond to improve their business and the wider industry,” Mr Rechtman said.
“Excelling digitally starts with the digital interview, a term we use for how vendors go to the internet to shortlist an agent or agency. Digitally savvy agencies know this and are acutely aware of their online presence, making sure their agents are presented in the best light possible across multiple sources where potential vendors go looking for information.”
Now in its fifth year, the Real Estate Business Awards reflect the tenacity and resilience of Australia’s leading real estate operators and networks.
This year’s event will be held on Thursday, 6 July in the grand ballroom at ICC Sydney, where real estate professionals will gather to recognise the industry’s top performers across 27 award categories.
