Stone Real Estate has embraced the new concierge trend that is gaining traction globally.

The boutique agency says home buyers and sellers have less free time these days and a concierge style real estate service will simplify the finding and managing property process.

At the heart of Stone’s concierge service is its centralised database which streamlines every part of a property owner’s portfolio, allowing the owner to deal with just one agency.

“Clients who are looking for property have the added strength and reach of an agency that communicates with all of its offices throughout Sydney,” Stone CEO Peter Mumford said.

The centralised database is available in nine Stone offices. It will be expanded to cover a total of 25 offices this year.

Each Stone Real Estate office has its own concierge to assist clients and provide them with personalised service.

“Stone is looking to develop this concierge service further by helping clientele with Stone’s strong list of contacts of excellent tradespeople who are dependable and highly recommended,” Mr Mumford said.

“We want to take the stress out of this huge life event, and being a strong boutique brand means we are more hands-on and able to assist with the smallest detail.”
