One of Australia’s most recognised brands is set to open five new offices in the coming months as it seeks to better service customers in highly lucrative Sydney marketplaces.

LJ Hooker, after mutually ending its franchise agreement with the LJ Hooker Mosman directors, will open offices in the blue chip suburbs of Mosman, Cremorne, Cammeray, Kirribilli and Neutral Bay.

LJ Hooker network chief Graeme Hyde said the franchise agreement with the Mosman directors was due for renewal next year, but he decided to expand the brand instead.

“Sydney’s lower north shore is one of the most lucrative and vibrant real estate markets in Australia and, as such, we now have the opportunity to open a number of new offices in the area, in lieu of just one, to expand our presence and better serve our customers,” Mr Hyde said.

He said that LJ Hooker Mosman was one of LJ Hooker’s stronger offices, but the company is looking to capitalise on more opportunities.

“After three generations of LJ Hooker being part of the fabric of the lower north shore, we’re now ready to support a new generation of passionate and enthusiastic business leaders to see us continue to grow in that area.

“The success of offices in this key area is a testament that when you come to our brand and engage in our franchise offering, we can accelerate your businesses success.”

The announcement follows a busy year for LJ Hooker, with many high-performing offices opening in Australia’s growth areas in 2017. New network partners include LJ Hooker Gympie, LJ Hooker North Haven/ Port Adelaide and LJ Hooker Wollongong.
