In a move to rapidly grow its property management department, Barry Plant Real Estate has announced that Yvonne Martin will join its ranks.

Ms Martin will work closely with, Kerry Fraser, who heads the division, which last year saw a turnover of $29 million from more than 26,000 properties under management.

Mr Fraser said that Ms Martin was a highly regarded property manager with more than 16 years’ industry experience and a particular interest in staff recruitment and training.

“We are thrilled to have Yvonne on board. With further growth expected in the property management sector throughout the group this year, her skills will be put to good use,” he said.

Ms Martin was introduced to the Barry Plant’s 200-plus property management staff from across their 80-plus office network at their recent ‘Kick Start’ conference in Melbourne.

Barry Plant Group has around 95 'Accredited Property Managers', a further 100-plus property management staff, and is currently recruiting to fill more positions.
