New integration to improve efficiency

Property managers who use the REST platform will have a more seamless experience, with creator Rockend integrating their system with Inspection Manager and the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW).

REST Professional now provides a direct integration with the REINSW Forms Live website, which will give property managers instant access to agreements and forms.

By using REI Forms Live, agents can automatically complete their agreements and forms from REST Professional without having to re-enter data.

Another feature of REST Professional is the direct integration with Inspection Manager. This function allows property managers to enter owner and tenant details into the software, allowing them to record information electronically, rather than using manual inspection lists.

“The new integration will definitely save them time, so it basically minimises data entry, saves them time every day and minimises mistakes, which are always a risk in data entry,” said national marketing manager of Rockend Stephanie Challinor.

CEO of REINSW Tim McKibbin recently told Residential Property Manager the partnership between the institute and Rockend was a great addition for members.

“Our Forms Live product, which I would argue quite strongly [includes] the best agency agreement forms in the market, has integrated fully with the REST product from Rockend," he said.

“It’s going to enhance the experience, it addresses a lot of the human error issues because a lot of documentation will pre-populate, and it’s far more efficient.”
