One of Sydney’s strongest agencies will rebrand their property management department to provide a more holistic approach to their rent roll.
Well-known local property management specialist Trevor Leach and his team (formerly Ray White Double Bay Property Management) are swapping the famous yellow real estate name for the new specialist ‘Living Here’ brand, with the goal of becoming a specialist property management company for clients.
The investment specialist business is committed to enhancing the property management process for investors, according to Mr Leach, who has almost 37 years of experience in the industry.
“Investing in this part of the east makes sense. The population is growing with young professionals and families, and just under 20 per cent of the local population are renters,” Mr Leach said.
“The agency specialises in investment properties for lease and for sale. We will advise and carry out the entire investment cycle for our clients.”
One of the key offers will be the previewing of investment properties for sale to their investors and registered prospective vendors.
“It will be our sneak peek to our valued clients, giving a significant advantage in seeing properties before they go to market and knowing their return and rental history. It is an exclusive viewing window before it goes to market formally,” he explained.
The sales element of investment will be directed by Conrad Nissirios, a professional sales agent, trainer and auctioneer with over 25 years' experience working in Sydney's real estate industry.
The Living Here brand is powered by Ray White Group, whose chairman, Brian White, said it is about specialisation in investment portfolios.
