In just three years one industry service provider has not only helped more than 2.2 million Australians find a property, it has changed the way property managers conduct open homes.

According to inspectrealestate owner Andrew Reece, the bulk of the company’s growth has been in the last 12 months.

“We started in February 2011 with one client, 12 months later we had 10, then it grew to 72 clients in February of 2013. But it was over the last year that we have really experienced the bulk of our growth,” he told Residential Property Manager.

“We now have 317 clients using our product.”

Mr Reece compares the rapid growth of his business to the airline industry.

“Our lives are automated now, when you want to book a hotel or buy a ticket to go on a Qantas flight you book online,” he said.

“That’s exactly how our service works, a tenant can automatically book in inspections for properties.

“They are alerted if the open inspection time is changed or if the property is leased. It is a service of convenience.”

According to BDM coach Deniz Yusuf, this is a phenomenal achievement.

“Let’s look into this a little deeper. Inspectrealestate has helped over two million people and Australian Bureau of Statistics states they estimate our population at 23 million, so that means the company has helped approximately 8.69 per cent of our country's population,” Mr Yusuf told Residential Property Manager.

“This is nothing short of amazing for a product that has helped a massive portion of the population of Australia.”

According to Mr Reece 98 per cent of inspectrealestate’s business is tenancy enquirers, however buyer enquirers are on the rise.

The company’s goal is to reach 787 clients by next February.

“I look at the number of people we are assisting and it is a great feeling knowing so many people see worth in our product,” he said.
