A Western Australia-based agency has given back this Valentine’s Day, distributing cards and gifts in the streets of Perth.

Realmark executive director Anita Percudani said the company's fourth Valentine’s Day campaign was well received by both tenants, landlords and members of the public.

“It was absolutely sensational, we had teams of property managers all over Perth, in the CBD and the western suburbs, out the front of schools and shopping centers,” she told Residential Property Manager.

“They were giving out love-heart chocolates, cards and mints.”

According to Ms Percudani, the  campaign is designed to raise brand awareness, give back to the community and create a friendlier image of the property management industry.

“It really is to create awareness for what we do and the brand, but mostly so people see our property managers in a different light,” she explained.

“They see us as being approachable and friendly; often that is not the case.”

The company distributed over 3,000 Valentine’s Day cards to tenants and landlords.
