Real+ is launching a new e-learning platform for people new to the industry, as well as seasoned professionals.
Rather than targeting property management offices, the platform called Core Learning is aimed at individuals looking to further develop their property management skills.
Users can get up to scratch in preparation for a new job role, brush up on existing knowledge and seek best practice initiatives by completing a range of online learning modules and assessments.
Real+ said a common problem for individuals seeking further training is the time spent out of the office and the travel required to attend training courses and events.
Core Learning helps individuals because it is flexible. There are no set attendance days, no time needs to be spent out of the office and the only distance travelled is to your computer – the modules can be completed anywhere and at any time.
Core Learning currently includes the 'Property Management – Beyond the Basics' course, which consists of the following modules: leasing property, managing arrears, routine inspections, maintaining property, tenancy review, vacating tenant (and condition reports coming soon).
The platform will be available from next week.
