With the support of BMT Tax Depreciation, Residential Property Manager has unveiled a new free information hub to share the knowledge of some of the industry’s experts with property managers.
The new service, which launched last week, will link property managers and principals with leading technology, recruitment and other service providers with a plethora of informative videos and articles.
Brad Beer, managing director of BMT Tax Depreciation said the initiative will help enlighten more property managers about how they can improve themselves and their business.
“For us, one of the biggest things about depreciation is the lack of information out there about it. People think their accountant looks after depreciation as part of their taxes," he said.
“Investors often don’t know about it and property managers don’t know how it works – they just need to know it’s there.
“Along with other service providers and experts, the Hub will have heaps of information about what tax depreciation is, and how to use it to become a better property manager.”
