Top trainer to represent Australia at PM Expo

Top Queensland industry real estate trainer Jo-Anne Oliveri has been selected to represent Australia at North America’s largest property management expo.

Ms Oliveri, founder and managing director of Brisbane-based property solutions company ireviloution intelligence, will speak to thousands of principals and property managers at the 26th annual PM Expo in Toronto, Canada.

The three-day event held in December will reportedly attract over 35,000 industry professionals, with more than 1,600 exhibits, 500 speakers and 350 seminars and demonstrations set to showcase the latest real estate products, practices, technologies and applications.

Ms Oliveri was selected from hundreds of applications around the world to speak about her ‘Thirteen proven strategies to help retain clients’.

“Retention can make or break a property management business,” Ms Oliveri said.

“That’s why it is a vitally important to understand and implement strategies that build loyal client bases, which in turn help build sustainable and profitable businesses.”

Ms Oliveri believes the Expo provides an excellent opportunity for Australian attendees to learn about the latest international developments in products and technologies that would “help improve our industry back home”.
