FRIDAY FUNNIES: Welcome to the fun house!

By Staff Reporter 22 August 2014 | 4 minute read

Have you ever dreamt of riding a slippery slide from your bedroom to your dinner table?

For a cool $27,000 rental fee per month, you could turn that dream into reality.

London-based designer Ab Rogers has transformed a classic four-storey home for a private client in the famous Notting Hill district.

Mr Rogers said he worked with architects and a floor specialist to create a “magical and liberating space that allows the occupants to leave the outside world far behind”, according to news and entertainment site BuzzFeed.

The house also features a rainbow staircase, painted illustrations on the floors and a master bedroom which rotates 360 degrees.

However, the main drawcard is a slide joined to the ceiling that allows quick access from the master bedroom to the living room.
