A workshop that aims to boost property management businesses has targeted Perth, where there is large demand for training and business growth strategies.
Real Plus business manager Hermione Gardiner said they have many clients and members on the west coast and it’s important to get face-to-face with them.
“There is a large demand in Perth for training and in particular, assistance on growing their businesses and people,” she said.
“New Business Booster Workshop focuses on growing the property management business through proven new business strategies and tools.
“We have taken new ideas and proven concepts from the coaching and consulting we do with clients across Australia and New Zealand,” she added.
According to Ms Gardiner, the first session will be all about goal setting, setting smart and achievable goals, what to measure and what to track.
“Session two will drill down into the tools, dialogues and strategies you need to find and win new clients,” she said.
“Real Plus is to deliver more and more property management-focused training sessions around the country in the New Year.”
