Property management award winners from every real estate institute in Australia are set to share their experiences and expertise at one venue.
The PPM Group will be hosting their 12th annual Property Management Conference on the Gold Coast this June.
It will see all the different states’ ‘Property Manager of the Year’ awardees take to the stage to participate in panel discussions.
PPM said it approached the award-winning property management team members and were honoured when they all wanted to be part of the program.
The PPM Group director Debbie Palmer said to truly deliver amazing content they had to source the best from across the nation.
“Each year the PPM conference gets bigger and better. The speakers, and in particular the information and content that will be delivered, is by far the best we have designed in 12 years,” she told Residential Property Manager.
“There are so many standout sessions that will literally challenge and change your team’s mindset in how they manage their day-to-day tasks and grow the business.”
The panel sessions will include award-winning PM team members such as Dylan Emmett, Hannah Gill, Jennifer Rowe, Joshua Thomas, Katie Knight, Kylie Harbo, Leah Calnan, Myra Bloomfield, Steve Taylor, Sally Kelly and Tammy Hutchinson.
Key speaking points to be covered include how to reduce risk on prospective tenant inspections, advertising, signing up tenants, maintenance, arrears, tenancy renewals, vacating, and technology.
A risk management panel will also be showcased, with knowledgeable speakers covering topics on pool and smoke alarm compliance; how to qualify tenants and fraud issues; risk management areas on inspections and how to protect yourself in times of a lawsuit; as well as many other outstanding keynote speakers and industry experts.
