Thankfully, YouTube has taken its revenge on infuriating tenants with a video showing some of the inane questions and comments that have infuriated property managers since the dawn of time (see below).
“Rent is due at the first of the month – every month?” Yes, sir, it is.
“Can I fax my rent cheque?” No, madam, you can’t.
“Well, my rent is late because I had to take my kids to Disneyland.” That’s wonderful, but there’s no theme park clause in rental contracts.
“Just so you know: my dad’s a lawyer.” It’s astonishing how many tenants seem to be related to lawyers!
