Rising star comedian Hannibal Buress shares his experiences about his landlord in Los Angeles and the hijinks that ensue on Conan.

Buress’ story highlights just how unreasonable some landlords can be – and just how much fun revenge can be for their tormented tenants.

From installing live-stream video cameras without notification, to charging $25 just to rotate a couch, this landlord (identified only as Georgia) takes the cake for being both petty and overbearing.

Hannibal Buress first rose to prominence as a writer for Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock.

He made a major splash in 2014 when his stand-up routine included an extended discourse on Bill Cosby’s rape allegations, which was quickly picked up in news reports and social media.

Buress currently stars in The Eric Andre Show and Broad City.
