YouTube: Who’d want to live here?

Sometimes finding tenants for a property can be hard, especially when the builder has made some seriously silly mistakes.

It’s one thing to try and find tenants for a rundown, small or old property, but when a house simply has no functionality, that’s a whole other ball game (see below).

Balconies with no access doors, power poles in the middle of driveways, stairs that lead to nowhere or no stairs at all...

 
 

How are property managers meant to justify these things to prospective tenants?

Whether the builder was having an off day or it was the result of some DIY renovations gone wrong, these disastrous house features can make a property manager’s job 10 times harder.
