A new app designed to streamline communication between property managers and tenants is launching early next month.

MyMobilePM co-founder Sharon Whorlow said the app has the facility to connect property managers with landlords and tenants directly.

“The app eliminates the needs for clients to call the property manager, allowing them to be able to focus on their many tasks with minimal interruption,” she said.

Ms Whorlow said MyMobilePM also allows tenants to take photos of maintenance issues and send them to the property manager at any time of the day.

“This allows the property manager to have a clear understanding of the maintenance required, advise the landlord and show the tradesperson the exact problem via the photos so they are prepared when they attend the property,” she said.

“This saves time and money and gives everyone clarity on what is required.”

MyMobilePM also features notifications to alert tenants and property managers of when rents are due.

“The next update of the app will have the facility where tenants can pay via the app,” Ms Whorlow added.

Ms Whorlow said the app will provide an information and notification platform that works with established property management software from CoreLogic RP Data, Rest and Console.
