This week’s YouTube clip sees College Humor stars Jake and Amir looking for a new home with their crazy estate agent played by Ben Schwartz.
Like all of Jake and Amir’s webisodes, this video balances Amir’s absurdity with Jake’s straight-man act to create some hilarious highjinks (see below).
Mr Schwartz plays an overly enthusiastic and possibly insane real estate agent who peppers the clip with strange humour, such as listing a blueberry muffin as property and tasting asbestos on the walls.
There’s also a part two of Jake and Amir’s search for an apartment, which offers even more weird and wonderful situations as the comedy duo hunt for a new home.
