An Australian property management business solutions company has been selected to restructure the property management division of a USA-based real estate company after a worldwide search. The move supports comments from Australian real estate heads that property management is becoming a growing priority for real estate networks.
ireviloution, a property management business solutions company which offers systems and training to PMs, has been selected by First Team Real Estate to restructure their PM division.
“First Team is a hugely successful real estate business yet struggles with property management. We needed to find a company that was the thoroughbred in the property management field, so we scoured the globe to find an international property management expert and found [founder and managing director] Jo-Anne Oliveri from ireviloution,” said Terry LeClair, First Team’s senior vice president.
“Our property management team will generate sales due to the management and educational systems ireviloution is implementing to help property owners increase their investment property portfolios, and that’s something every real estate brokerage aspires to achieve — sales through current clients,” said Mr LeClair.
The move echoes the suggestion by Australian real estate networks that more brands are turning to their property management departments to create consistent incomes for offices.
“First Team is a successful company, and that success is due in large to the leadership of their CEO Cameron Merage. Yet, as successful as they are, they could not get property management off the ground, so I feel privileged that ireviloution was selected to help them achieve this,” said Ms Oliveri.
“It’s wonderful to know that real estate leaders are now acknowledging that property management is a specialised skill which can ensure their business’ profitability,” she said.
First Team has over 30 offices and 2,000 agents making it the largest independent brokerage in California and 11th largest in the USA.
