The ALPPPS property management leadership summit is back for its third year in 2017 and it promises to inspire PMs to greatness.

The ALPPPS summit is designed to teach principals, team leaders and career property managers the secrets to attaining success.

If you’ve hit a bump in your career and are in need of some motivation, the two-day conference held on the Gold Coast may just be the boost you need.

The 2017 summit will welcome Alyssa Azar, who broke records earlier this year when she became the youngest Australian to summit Mount Everest. Ms Azar will present on day one of the event.

Ms Azar crossed the Kokoda Track at age eight, climbed Australia’s 10 highest peaks at age 12 and conquered the highest mountains in Africa, New Zealand, South America and Nepal before the age of 16.

“Alyssa Azar epitomises what ALPPPS 2017 is all about – having the courage, determination and persistence to do what it takes to achieve spectacular and seemingly impossible results in any area of your life ... in this case, your property management business or career,” ALPPPS founder Jo-Anne Oliveri said.

“Alyssa will teach delegates how to move mountains and achieve the pinnacle of success by setting big goals, having a big vision and taking big action,” Ms Oliveri said.

Other well-known names who will present at the summit include real estate expert and author Stephen Rodgers, success mentor Peter Thurin and Laing+Simmons managing director Leanne Pilkington.
