LPMA 2017 is right around the corner. Here’s a rundown of the speakers who will be leading PMs on 3-5 May.

Returning this year, author and marketing consultant Amanda Stevens says her session will teach PMs how to “overcome, overwhelm, increase [property managers] levels of influence and adapt communication styles so [PMs] can connect truly with the people around them”. Ms Stevens’ session will focus on helping property managers connect beyond the superficial level.

Brad Larsen will be visiting LPMA 2017 from Texas. Mr Larsen will be talking about his fast-growing property business Larsen Properties, why it is so successful and how property management fits in with its business model. Mr Larsen will also address an issue many PMs struggle with – how to implement the ideas at conferences such as LPMA.

Chris Rolls will make his predictions on the future of the Australian property industry. Mr Rolls is a leading PM business thought leader and has spent time around the world conducting research into up-and-coming technology and property disruptors. He’ll be sharing this information at LPMA 2017 and talk about how PMs can disrupt-proof themselves.

Taking sixth place in RPM’s sister publication REB’s Top 50 Sales Offices, principal of PRDnationwide Newcastle Mark Kentwell knows a thing or two about running a top office. He’ll be speaking to PMs about turning his tricks for sales and listings into winning tricks to gain more business. Mr Kentwell says he’s looking forward to networking at the event and taking the time to learn from his peers.

LPMA 2017 will take place on 3-5 May 2017 at Jupiters Hotel and Casino on the Gold Coast. Videos of the other speakers who will be presenting at the event can be viewed here.
