At LPMA 2017, Ben White, CEO of Apmasphere and Halo, will divulge the secrets behind growing a property managing business.

Mr White, who spent the last decade observing the property managing industry, says there are two core things that drive businesses to change – a renewed focus on growth and understanding that growth is a separate discipline and must be treated as such.

However, these two things alone are not enough for property managers to succeed. On the contrary, they can provide no value to a business.

“My argument is that, in our changing industry, we really need to understand these things and really rethink what it means to grow a business,” Mr White said.

He will discuss the future of growing a business, which requires collaboration, data and the efficiency of interactions. He will also talk about how property managers can develop interactions to create relationships, which can feed into growth.

Mr White will be joined by other speakers, including author and marketing consultant Amanda Stevens, Texan Brad Larson and property management expert Vasili Hadzellis.

Ms Stevens’ session will focus on helping property managers connect beyond the superficial level, while Mr Larson will be talking about his fast-growing property business Larsen Properties and how property management fits in with its business model. Mr Hadzellis will host a session titled “Property Management 3.0”.

LPMA 2017 will take place on 3-5 May at Jupiters Hotel and Casino on the Gold Coast. More details can be found HERE.
