Domain Group has announced that it will be soon launching the new agent education program Domain Academy.
According to a statement by Domain, Domain Academy will supply agents with events, training, high-performance coaching, online information and presentations aimed towards Domain’s customers, which is also said to include residential agents, property managers and principals.
The content will be delivered by Domain ambassadors and experts, which will focus on three pillars: real estate trade craft, business acumen and personal growth. Eventually, courses will contribute towards CPD accreditation.
“We intend for Domain Academy to become Australia’s premier agent training program. This has been a long-desired personal project of mine and I’m delighted our teams are now rolling this out across the country,” said Domain CEO Antony Catalano.
Upcoming Domain Academy activities will focus on both newcomers to the industry and established agents looking to further their business and improve their skills. Examples of these activities include:
- The Domain and Allhomes Rising Star Awards, recognising the next generation of agents coming up through the industry
- High-performance coaching sessions with Domain ambassadors, such as Josh Phegan
- ‘Women in Real Estate’ workshops
- Auctioneering workshops
- Social media masterclasses with Facebook executives
- A new Domain Academy online portal with training, videos and expert advice
- Domain economists, Dr Andrew Wilson and Dr Nicola Powell, will also continue their ‘Market Insights’ national roadshows, designed to help inform and educate local markets.
Domain Academy is currently scheduled to be launched online in the coming weeks.
