One niche group has continued with its sudden expansion surge as it makes its first move into Sydney’s hipster inner west, after recruiting two established specialists in the area.

Di Jones Real Estate has recruited Charles Milburn and Chris Williams to establish an office in Balmain, after each has been with Harris Partners for 12 and 15 years, respectively.

CEO Rob Ward said that there are a number of strategic reasons behind the move.

“Our strategic plan is driven by our understanding of migration patterns,” he said.

“We have recognised a large number of clients from Sydney’s eastern and northern suburbs are moving to and from the area.”

Mr Jones lauded the calibre of both Mr Milburn and Mr Williams.

“We feel that they are a great fit for the brand and will help lead the way in this exciting new phase for our agency.

“Charles [Milburn] has a reputation for providing clients with an exceptional level of service and trusted advice. His background as a landscape gardener provides him with a more holistic view and enables him to give insightful advice to his clients about how best to present and market their property to achieve the best result.

“Chris [Williams] has unparalleled local market knowledge and is known for his honest, genuine and down-to-earth style. A licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, he consistently ranks in the top 10 per cent of agents across Australia and has built a reputation as one of the most trusted real estate advisers in Sydney’s inner west.”

Di Jones Real Estate started as a single office in Woollahra in Sydney’s eastern suburbs 25 years ago.
