One boutique agency has made a strategic sales appointment in its newly opened regional office, following exceptional growth in the area's market activity.
Di Jones Real Estate has appointed Sarah Burke, formerly of Belle Property, as sales agent at its Southern Highlands office in Bowral in response to 28 per cent capital growth experienced in the local market in the past 12 months.
Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said that since establishing the brand and opening an office earlier this year, the Southern Highlands has seen exceptional interest.
“The median house price has seen a staggering 28 per cent increase for the 12 months to April 2017,” Mr Ward said.
“There has been strong interest in the area from those relocating from the Sydney market and Sarah is a great example, having moved her family to the Southern Highlands in January 2015."
Mr Ward said that he is pleased to welcome Ms Burke to the group.
