One of the country’s fastest-growing boutique networks is opening an office in Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, the second in short succession after the prosperous principal's first in famous Noosa.

Belle Property – Coolum will be led by John Stamp and Ben Radcliff, who built their Noosa office just two years ago.

Mr Stamp said that they have grown their business through harbouring a culture of quality and team development.

“We came together with the mission to improve the professionalism of agents on the Sunshine Coast.

“We’ve achieved that through developing better trained agents. Our auctions are achieving extremely strong results and our average days on market is sitting at 38.

“We decided the time was right to expand into Coolum and do the same in that market.”

Mr Radcliffe said that he expects that the new Coolum office will grow as quickly as the one in Noosa did.

“We have a team of three already established at Coolum, and John and I will split our time between the two businesses,” Mr Radcliff said.

“We’ll use the same formula that’s been so successful in our Noosa business and focus on developing new agents rather than just looking to recruit established operators.”

He also said that the goal is to achieve market leadership in Coolum within two years.

“Those who we’ve talked to about our business expansion are genuinely excited to see the Belle Property brand coming to the area.

“We’ve worked hard to position ourselves as a quality business in all areas of property services and it’s fantastic to see the community response.”

CEO of Belle Property Australasia Peter Hanscomb said that both Mr Stamp and Mr Radcliff are “true leaders” of the industry.

“I’m so proud of how far our Noosa team has come in such a short period of time, and it comes down to the leadership displayed by John and Ben," the CEO said.

“They not only reflect the values of the Belle Property brand, they represent the very best in real estate.”
