One international network has continued with its commitment to expand in Sydney by launching an office in Baulkham Hills this week.
Experienced local agent Joe Scavera has rebranded his agency, Chelsea Real Estate, to RE/MAX Hills Lifestyle, partnering his team’s local market experience with the strength of a global real estate brand.
Mr Scavera is a near 20-year veteran of the industry.
He said that his alliance with RE/MAX will enable him to expand into becoming a market leader.
“We’ve joined the brand that is unmatched in its global footprint because it gives scope for business growth and supports exceptional services for our team’s real estate customers,” Mr Scavera said.
“With all that’s happening in The Hills, we have an amazing platform for growth based on RE/MAX and my team’s great strengths, including our local knowledge, experience and longevity in the market.”
He said that Baulkham Hills’ properties were in demand.
“Growth is evident throughout The Hills, boosted by infrastructure spending and transport routes like the North West Rail Link, giving residents easy access to Sydney CBD.
“Some of Sydney’s best schools are here, with education at Baulkham Hills High and St Michael's Catholic Primary School, for instance, very much in demand, which is attracting Chinese families who also see appeal in the large quality houses on big blocks as well as the new apartment developments.”
Mr Scavera also sees his alliance with RE/MAX Australia as aiding his recruitment plans.
