Top network bolsters leadership team, makes a raft of strategic appointments

One of the country’s largest networks has announced a number strategic appointments to expand its Australasian corporate office team and strengthen the business’ leadership.

Century 21’s marketing team will now be under the expert direction of two new national marketing managers — Nic Atkinson and Bianca Anton.

Mr Atkinson has more than 15 years’ experience as an advertising copywriter, eight years as a franchise owner and four years as a real estate agent. He has amassed a strong suite of communication skills well suited to a real estate franchise network.

Ms Anton has worked with a number international property agencies and brings to the network a skill set completely engineered to the real estate industry. She has managed both commercial and residential portfolios. She joins Century 21 after three years at leading advertising agency Adcorp.

Sarah Keenan has also been appointed as the Australasian business liaison manager. She held the role of director of first impressions at CoreLogic for more than eight years and comes with unique insights into the real estate market and real estate business.

Sonja Huebler has been appointed as Century 21’s new national coordinator. She brings more than seven years of real estate experience to the position, having worked for multiple real estate directors while also managing large teams of agents in different roles.

Century 21 is also appointing digital specialists in most markets that will directly provide advice and support to franchise owners on social media marketing (SMM).

They will be complemented by staff in corporate office and new digital campaigns.

Chairman of Century 21 Australasia Charles Tarbey welcomed the new appointments.

“Our new team members are well equipped with the skills, strategic thinking and creative capabilities to drive the Century 21 brand and message both internally and in the wider market,” the chairman said.

“We believe that these appointments will provide our franchise owners with competitive advantages in their local markets by propelling our brand, support and marketing to new heights.”
