One of the country’s largest groups has added another office to its network as it deepens its penetration into the outer-district Sydney region in NSW.

Business owners Jason and Linda Hulme have joined the Ray White Group in opening an office in Pitt Town, in the historic Hawkesbury region northwest of Sydney.

The pair called Ray White the “perfect springboard” for them to continue growing their current Pitt Town agency.

Ray White NSW metro markets CEO Andrew Crauford said that he is pleased to welcome the Hulmes into the Ray White Group.

“It’s so good to have the Hulmes rebrand to Ray White in this growing part of the Hawkesbury,” Mr Crauford said.

“Jason and Linda are both passionate about supporting their local community. As growth continues to be oxygen to our company, we’re thrilled to have Jason and Linda bring a complementary culture to the Ray White Group."

Mr Hulme said that joining the group would enhance their already established business.

“The focus with all of our businesses has always been the customer and the customer experience and how we can improve,” Mr Hulme said.

“Being a husband and wife team, people often relate to us better. We come from a large sales and service background and there is no better place than the Hawkesbury region.

“Pitt Town has always been an iconic town, but it has recently exploded with a new housing estate. So, people can now take the lifestyle benefits of the original Pitt Town but with the modern housing options. It’s now a very sought-after boutique town.”

Mr Hulme added that it is a little-known fact that in 1980s, Australian television series A Country Practice was filmed in Pitt Town.

He said that the heritage house opposite Pitt Town Public School was used as the home of characters Frank and Shirley Gilroy, and the hardware store on Grenville Street was known as “Muldoon’s Store” in the show.
