One niche network, as it prepares to take on the challenges that lie ahead in 2018, has bolstered its strategic capability this week by adding three experienced real estate professionals to its management team.
Coronis has announced that Rod Podbury from McGrath Estate Agents, Joanne King from LJ Hooker and Jason Powell from Ray White have all joined the company in various sales manager roles.
Sales director Craig Gillies said that all three of the appointments are strategically important for the boutique network.
“We’re very excited that Rod, Joanne and Jason have chosen Coronis to progress their careers,” the sales director said.
“[They] will actively work with our leadership team to propel us towards our goal of 40 offices by 2020 and inspire continuous innovation in our business.”
He said that the appointments have been underpinned by some careful forward thinking.
“We’ve mapped out a strategic plan for the next two years which requires forward-thinking professionals in each of our offices to drive profit and growth,” Mr Gillies said.
“This is a significant step forward in setting our plan in motion, and I believe their combined experience and knowledge will benefit our entire group.”
All three said that they are excited to be on board and look forward to implementing the group’s strategic sales vision for the future.
Rod Podbury, who will manage Coronis Kelvin Grove, Toowong and Kenmore, said that he was attracted to Coronis for its work/life balance attitude and family values.
“I’ve been impressed by the leadership team’s vision for the company and the unique structure they have built here,” Mr Podbury said.
“I’m excited by the opportunity of working with a young team and growing the next generation of real estate professionals in Brisbane.”
