One of Victoria’s most ambitious regional networks has opened a new office in one of Melbourne’s burgeoning suburbs.

Barry Plant has opened a new office in Greensborough to service vendors and buyers in the Diamond Valley area.

The Greensborough office will be led by long-term Barry Plant agent David Moxon.

Mr Moxon has 30 years of industry experience, including 17 years as owner of the Barry Plant Bundoora office.

He will be joined by his nephew, Jay Moxon, and agent Lisa Reginato.

Mr Moxon said that he is looking forward to the new challenge.

“The Diamond Valley is a great place to live and work and I’m excited this new office will provide greater choice for local residents when selling their home or seeking to purchase in the area,” Mr Moxon said.

There is a strong growing demand in the area, the agent said.

“Large blocks, good transport links, access to excellent parks and reserves and easy proximity to the city are all factors driving demand for property in Greensborough,” Mr Moxon added.

“It’s a great opportunity for vendors seeking to expand to a new property or downsize to capitalise on this demand.”

Barry Plant CEO Mike McCarthy said that the move marks another chapter in a long history for Barry Plant.

“David is a professional, high-calibre real estate agent with a great understanding of the property market,” Mr McCarthy said.

“We are thrilled to see David take another office to provide both vendors and buyers in the Diamond Valley a highly professional agent to manage their property needs.”
