One rising boutique in Victoria has shored up one of its flagship offices with the addition of two experienced real estate leaders.

Stockdale & Leggo has recruited Ben Kenyon and Amy Larsen, a dynamic real estate duo, to run the group’s seaside Rye office.

COO Anna Thomas said that they are a welcome addition to the network.

She is “delighted” to have them on board.

“Ben and Amy come to us with a wealth of knowledge that is sure to serve our Rye office exceedingly well,” Ms Thomas said.

“With a combined 16 years’ experience in both sales and marketing, they are exactly the right fit to our Rye office into the future and continue delivering the outstanding outcomes for which the brand has become known for.”

Both Mr Kenyon and Ms Larsen said that the decision to buy into the brand was an easy one to make.

“One of the key factors that led us to join Stockdale & Leggo was the strong brand and reputation of the network,” Mr Kenyon said.

“The team at head office is always active with new initiatives and they offer fantastic support for their franchisees. There has been a shift in the way real estate agencies operate in recent years, and Stockdale & Leggo has identified this and consistently works to help their franchisees stay ahead of the curve.

“It’s an exciting time in real estate, and we’re incredibly excited to be a part of Stockdale & Leggo’s great vision for the future.”

Mr Kenyon said that being Mornington Peninsula residents makes them uniquely positioned to offer clients “extensive insight” into the area.

What was once a holiday hotspot, he said, has in recent years become far more accessible due to the recently completed Peninsula Link Freeway.

“Homes come in all shapes and sizes here, the terrain and topography of the area make for some really creative architecture and unique homes, so as lovers of property as well as real estate, it’s a very rewarding place to work,” Mr Kenyon said.

“The lifestyle here in Rye is unbeatable, not just the beaches but the shopping, world-class golf courses, wineries, restaurants and community.”
