One leading network continues its expansion in Western Australia with office openings in three key Perth suburbs.

Harcourts Group Australia has opened in the suburbs of Midvale, Wembley Downs and Bullsbrook.

Located in the eastern suburbs of Perth, the Midvale office will be opened by the Harcourts Phoenix team, led by Mike Steadall.

It will service the Perth Foothills/Hills community.

Mr Steadall began his real estate career 18 years ago with his daughter Rebecca Butler, who manages the property management division.

He said that joining the Harcourts network was like joining a large family.

“We just love the values Harcourts has,” Mr Steadall said.

“You’re not just another office; you’re family, you’re friends. Clients become friends. Plus, the bonuses of knowledge and support as well being a worldwide organisation — the benefits were just too good.”

In Wembley Downs, the Harcourts Empire team will be led by Matt McWaters and Lisa McWaters.

Ms McWaters said that they considered the move very seriously.

“We are excited and very happy to be a part of the Harcourts family and to be involved with a brand that has the highest values,” Lisa McWaters said.

“The level of support we received when setting up and the ongoing training has been far greater than we could have ever expected.”

In Bullsbrook, the Harcourts Alliance Valley to Vines office will be led by Ben Bernacki. Mr Bernacki is also the business owner of the Harcourts Alliance office in Joondalup. Together with Gail Woods, Mr Bernacki has opened the second office to service a greater area.

The Harcourts Alliance team has been recognised at Harcourts for excellence several times, including for top office and top sales.

Harcourts Western Australia CEO Paul Blakely said that all three of the office openings fulfilled a strategic intent for the business.

“The expansion of Harcourts to serve a greater area of Western Australia, specifically the Perth region, is a goal of ours,” the CEO said.

“Time and again, we see business owners such as Mike, Ben and Gail, and Matt and Lisa attracted to Harcourts due to the leadership and connection offered by other Harcourts business owners.”

Harcourts Group Australia CEO Marcus Williams said that the new offices are a testament to a strengthening of the Perth residential market.

“Harcourts has consistently achieved an increase in market share quarter by quarter over the past year.

“We have no doubt that the positive signs in the Perth and Western Australian economy will lead to more investment in housing.”

Mr Williams welcomed all three of the offices to the brand.

“We are very happy to have Mike’s, Ben and Gail’s, and Matt and Lisa’s teams join our family of offices, and we are looking forward to seeing their businesses continue to thrive and succeed.”
