One of Australia’s leading boutique agencies has continued its commitment to growth and development with a raft of new corporate appointments.

Belle Property has made four new appointments to its head office in a bid to support its operations in both Sydney and Queensland.

Lisa Vuong Bienstock has joined the team as head of customer experience after years managing customer experience initiatives for LJ Hooker. Lisa’s research and work will help Belle Property to identify trends and implement new customer infrastructure and technology across the business.

To strengthen their property management service, Babette Coutanche has been appointed as NSW/ACT property management trainer and coach. With over 17 years’ experience, Babette will focus on leadership, team development and business culture to build the property management teams.

In Queensland, Belle Property continues to grow its network with the appointment of Adam Dickie as franchise sales manager. Adam brings with him 14 years of experience and an established track record, most recently as the principal in the Brighton and Sandgate areas. Adam will help develop new businesses across key Queensland marketplaces.

Elliott Brown also joins the Queensland team as sales coach and trainer, tasked with coaching and developing the Belle Property Queensland teams. In eight years, Elliott achieved elite status as a sales performer for Ray White in a highly successful inner-city Brisbane office.

Peter Hanscomb, CEO of Belle Property, welcomed the new members with a reminder of how important the growth of the corporate team is to the business.

“Our business is entering a new phase of growth. As we develop high-performing, customer-centric businesses, Lisa, Babette, Adam and Elliott will form an integral part of our successes,” the CEO said.

“Our corporate team has grown significantly over recent years as we heighten our position as a competitive franchisor. I look forward to the work and value our newest team members will deliver to our growing businesses.”
