Gladstone Park, in Melbourne’s north-west, has seen a lot of changes in 20 years, but there has always been one constant: the Barry Plant office.

The Barry Plant Gladstone Park office has operated in the neighbourhood for 20 years and in that time has sold over 4,000 homes.

Principal agent Nick Pugliese believes that the office’s success stems from their people’s passion and unique insights into the area.

“My team is very passionate about real estate and we love to know that our customer service experience is second to none. It’s our number one priority as an office,” the principal said.

Mr Pugliese’s team of 12 is mostly made up of long-term locals in the area, with some members of the team notching up 20 and 10-year milestones in the office.

Barry Plant CEO Mike McCarthy said that the longevity of Barry Plant offices, such as Gladstone Park, is a testament to the strength of the brand among customers.

“To celebrate the 20-year anniversary of Barry Plant Gladstone Park is a wonderful achievement and highlights the trust local vendors have in Nick and his team,” Mr McCarthy said.

There is no time for the office to rest though as Gladstone Park continues to grow, with the suburb facing an increasing demand for homes.

“The past two years have seen a lot of different buyers enter the local market,” Mr Pugliese said. “Gladstone Park is a great pocket, close to the CBD but still affordable for first home buyers or investors.”
