Realestate.com.au has launched Agent Edge, a suite of three products designed for individual agents to increase their presence on realestate.com.au and connect with one of Australia’s largest pool of sellers.

The family of products will include Agent Elevate, Agent Reach and Agent Match, with Elevate being the first product to launch this month.

REA Group executive general manager of residential, Andrew Rechtman, said that these products will help connect agents to sellers whenever they are ready to sell.

“We’ve created a suite of products that will connect agents with Australia’s largest pool of sellers whenever they are ready to sell,” Mr Rechtman said.

Agent Elevate will help agents grab the attention of buyers and sellers searching in a specific suburb.

Agent Reach will help agents target the right audience using behavioural data to reach a local audience whenever they are ready to sell.

Agent Match will help agents to get in the room with qualified sellers who are ready to sell their property.

Mr Rechtman said that the products had been specifically designed for agents to help them get in front of prospective sellers.

“These products are really designed for agents to increase their presence and to put them in front of prospective sellers. For sellers, we’re providing a platform where they can compare agents using real data so they can be best informed when it comes to choosing an agent,” the EGM said.

Mr Rechtman added that agent visibility is becoming increasingly more important for driving new leads and creating awareness.

“Branding for agencies and agents is increasingly important,” the executive said. “The combination of a strong agency brand [and] a highly visible agent presence in your local market creates awareness and drives new leads.”

The Agent Edge products will cost agents, with the details to be announced with the individual product releases, but Mr Rechtman said that the products would get agents ahead.

“With Agent Edge, we worked closely with agents and principals to better understand how to get ahead of the selling curve in the digital age, and we’re excited to be rolling these products out to agents over the coming months,” the executive said.
