A boutique Sydney brand continues to expand with a new hire to strengthen its Upper North Shore sales team.

Mae Chan has joined Di Jones Real Estate after working in the Upper North Shore for almost a decade.

Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said that Ms Chan has built a reputation in the market for service excellence, exceptional results and commitment to her clients.

“Mae brings energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to everything she does,” the CEO said.

Mr Ward credits her upbringing with being hugely advantageous to her knowledge of the area.

“Having grown up in the area, she brings an exceptional level of knowledge and insight into the lifestyle and benefits the Upper North Shore has to offer,” the CEO said.

Mr Ward said that Ms Chan took a client-first approach and worked closely with them at all stages of the transaction.

“She is uniquely qualified to advise her clients, so they are positioned to make the best possible decisions when it comes to property,” Mr Ward said.

The addition of Ms Chan to Di Jones is just part of the group’s recent growth.

Di Jones has expanded from operating in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to become a network of offices that includes the Upper North Shore, Beecroft in the Northern Suburbs and Bowral in the Southern Highlands.

2018 has already proven strong for the brand, according to Di Jones head auctioneer Josh Larsen.

“Stock levels are better than last year and there are lots of buyers who have decided that 2018 is the year to purchase property,” Mr Larsen said.

Mr Larsen said that interest in high-end homes in Ms Chan’s area of the Upper North Shore has already proven to be strong.

“There is strong interest in properties that are $3 million and above on the Upper North Shore. It is a market that softened in 2017 and there has been some good enquiry in regard to the top-end prices,” Mr Larsen said.
