The “booming” success Century 21 has enjoyed in The Hills district in Sydney’s northwest is set to “reach new heights”, with the appointment of a new franchise owner to replace the three long-term agents who left to open a competitor office in the same area.

Martin Baldacchino has left his old team, who are rebranding to Stone Real Estate after a 20-year tenure, to open Century 21 The Hills district.

He will be joined by Rafi Younes, one of the network’s existing franchise owners.

The duo both have Centurion status in the network, one of Century 21’s highest global accolades.

“For decades, Century 21 has provided tens of thousands of Hills residents with successful property solutions,” Mr Baldacchino said.

Mr Baldacchino added that his goal was to make Century 21 The Hills the first port of call for real estate in the area.

“Our new-look team will be looking to leverage off the brand’s standing in the local community while introducing new services and innovative marketing strategies to continue to cement Century 21 as the first port of call for buyers and sellers of real estate in Castle Hill and surround areas,” the agent said.

Century 21 chairman Charles Tarbey welcomed the new-look team and was confident that they would experience success in the area.

“Both Martin and Rafi have been consistently recognised as two of the best agents we have in Australia and around the world,” Mr Tarbey said.

Mr Tarbey said that their track records mixed with local knowledge would make them a formidable team.

“Rafi’s successful track record running in sales and operating a franchise, combined with Martin’s local area knowledge and longstanding relationships with people in the local community, will ensure the team hits the ground running in the coming months.

“Martin and Rafi will make a formidable team and I know will leave no stone unturned to deliver property success for their clients.”

REB has recently published a story about Jane Booty and Tony Didd moving from Century 21 The Hills to open Stone Real Estate The Hills.
