One agency is bolstering its commercial offerings in a lucrative Western Sydney market with the appointment of a new associate director.

Sam Bechara joins Ray White Commercial NSW in Western Sydney, focusing on areas including Silverwater, Rydalmere, Parramatta and North Parramatta.

Ray White Commercial NSW associate director Joseph Assaf said that Mr Bechara would add to the business’ local market knowledge and commitment to their clients.

“Sam joins our team of professionals at an exciting time as we capitalise on our established skills expertise and dynamic presence in the Western Sydney region and strengthen our focus on industrial assets,” Mr Assaf said.

Mr Bechara has been in real estate for over 20 years and has a background in commercial and residential property.

Mr Bechara has made some personally significant deals in his career, including leasing a building in Ultimo to the Spanish government and leasing a building in Redfern to the NSW police.

The new appointment will see him return to the Parramatta area where he had previously worked as an office leasing agent with JLL and LJ Hooker.

Mr Bechara said that while digital technology has changed the property sector, he still holds traditional methods and principals in high regard.

“The family values and core principles of the Ray White Group helped me make the decision to join the Ray White Commercial business,” the agent said.

“We have a cohesive network of 49 offices in Australia and New Zealand, and there’s a lot of referral business between departments, too, which is great.”

Ray White Commercial NSW managing director and partner Jeff Moxham said that Mr Bechara’s experience would enhance the experience offered by Ray White.

“Sam’s extensive experience will make him a powerful addition to our team and the Ray White Commercial business. The Western Sydney market is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and Sam will strengthen our already dominant presence in the region.”
