Specialist comes in to elevate niche agency profile, sales

A market specialist has been recruited by one boutique network to boost sales in a strategic market for the brand.

Di Jones Real Estate has appointed Hornsby Shire specialist Adam Noakes to join their team at the Wahroonga office.

Mr Noakes joins Di Jones Real Estate Wahroonga in May after previously working as a sales agent at Laing+Simmons Hornsby.

Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said that Mr Noakes was well regarded in the area for going the extra mile to achieve the best results.

“Friendly, energetic and with a strong customer focus, Adam offers a level of service few others can match,” Mr Ward said.

Mr Ward said that Mr Noakes had delivered outstanding results in the area, which was why they wanted to bring him on board.

“Adam has cemented his status as one of the area’s most proficient agents with outstanding results, including multiple street, block and suburb records,” the CEO said.

More than just results though, Mr Noakes provided clients with honest advice and worked with them to deliver the best experience, the CEO added.

“He provides his clients with clear and honest advice and works closely with them throughout the real estate process to ensure the best experience possible,” Mr Ward said.

Mr Noakes leaves nothing to chance and knows that getting results requires work, the CEO added.

“Adam understands that great results don’t happen by chance. They come from an in-depth market knowledge, a strategic and creative approach to sales and marketing, strong negotiation skills and good old hard work. This approach, executed with energy, enthusiasm and integrity, is Adam’s trademark,” Mr Ward said.

This is the latest hire in the Wahroonga office for Di Jones after announcing late last month the introduction of sales agent Katheryn Purdy.

Both Ms Purdy and Mr Noakes will join the team this month and will bring with them their years of experience in real estate.
