One niche agency is boosting its buyer service with a new hire to act as director for buyers in an exclusive market.

Belle Property has hired Brady Yoshia, a buyer’s agent and property adviser, to be the director of a buyer’s agency launched by the company in Sydney’s North Shore.

Belle Property launched Buyer Advisory earlier this year and Ms Yoshia will move into Belle Property Pymble to offer clients a complete real estate experience.

Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb welcomed Ms Yoshia to the network and said that her skill set would be invaluable to the brand.

“With Brady joining our network, this is a critical step in the direction we are taking to service our clients in the best possible way. Brady’s experience as a buyer’s agent will bring a wealth of knowledge to our newly formed advisory business and I’m extremely excited to welcome her to the brand,” Mr Hanscomb said.

Ms Yoshia comes across from Cohen Handler and has in the past run her own retail business in the telecommunications sector.

She said that she was excited to join a market leader and that the brand had always resonated with her.

“The Belle Property brand has always resonated with me and I wanted to be aligned with a market leader,” Ms Yoshia said.

Ms Yoshia added that along with Belle Property Pymble director Michael Doran, they would be offering a complete purchasing process for clients.

“Together with Michael Doran, we are making the purchasing process, from beginning the search to buying through to settlement straightforward, stress-free and seamless. This will benefit all buyers, whether they be a first home buyer or a seasoned investor, as we can add enormous value to the transaction,” Ms Yoshia said.
