The LJ Hooker network’s largest-ever giveaway will send two families jet-setting across the world after both spun the LJ Hooker Million Dollar Prize Wheel.
Loren and Debbra Gill from Perth will use their $20,000 wheel spin winnings to pay some bills and send their young daughter to Disneyland.
The couple became eligible to spin the wheel after engaging LJ Hooker Cockburn City’s Kasey Summers to provide a market appraisal of their Atwell home.
The winner of the property management component of the campaign, Raymond and Bridget Abdilla from Adelaide, joined the competition after asking LJ Hooker Walkerville/Modbury’s Jade Carapetis-Laube to provide a rental appraisal of their Redwood Park investment.
The couple won a $20,000 Flight Centre voucher after Raymond’s parents flew to Sydney to participate in the contest.
Mr and Mrs Abdilla plan to use the gift to take their soon-to-be-born family member to Malta to visit relatives.
The campaign kick-started LJ Hooker’s 2018 growth strategies for both sales agents and property managers.
LJ Hooker offered one lucky vendor and landlord the chance to each win $1 million to spend with LJ Hooker, alongside other prizes which included cash, vouchers and an Audi A1.
LJ Hooker has engaged the market with the prize wheel before, but this was the first time home owners and investors each had separate chances to win the $1 million.
