One ambitious boutique is pushing ahead its swift expansion strategy with the launch of its eighth office in Queensland.

NGU Real Estate will open in Brisbane’s Bayside suburb of Capalaba.

Ben and Katreena Stanton have rebranded their Freedom Property and Get Rented Bayside businesses to form NGU Real Estate Capalaba.

Mr Stanton said that the NGU model aligns with the direction he and his wife want to take.

“NGU Real Estate has a creative and innovative approach which will take our work to the next level.”

Mr Stanton has worked in real estate for 17 years, predominantly selling property in the Bayside region where he has resided for almost three decades.

“We want people to know that we are a hardworking team serving clients to make sure they get the best real estate transactions.

“We are refreshed, reinvigorated and all fired up. We really want to make the NGU Real Estate brand proud and I want to make CEO Emil Juresic proud as he saw something in us to allow us to join the NGU family, so we don’t want to disappoint.”

Mr Juresic is thrilled to open the eighth NGU Real Estate office within two years.

He said that the pattern of strong growth will continue in the second half of 2018.

“For NGU Real Estate strategically, this is a great entry into the eastern suburbs of Brisbane.

“We have felt for a long time that there was a need to have an NGU Real Estate office in the Bayside area, so it’s fantastic.”

The Stantons’ goals in the first 12 months of operating NGU Real Estate Capalaba include expanding their rental department and becoming a prominent fixture in the Bayside area.
