A Gold Coast agent has closed down his successful property business to join The Agency Gold Coast.
Andrew Ramsey, owner of Black Label Property, has worked on the Gold Coast for many years after a career as an elite sports manager.
Mr Ramsey has handled the sales of 13 apartments on Millionaires Row on the Gold Coast, among other sales in Mermaid Beach.
Mr Ramsey said that, in joining The Agency, he saw an opportunity that would allow him to maximise his client time.
“The potential for further growth and ability to maximise my clients’ exposure throughout The Agency’s network, especially in Sydney and Melbourne, all without the pressures of running an office and the associated business administration,” the agent said.
Mr Ramsey said that the Gold Coast market still has room to grow and was an amazing place to live.
“The Gold Coast has grown up, it has so much to offer, particularly after the injection of infrastructure investment leading up to the Commonwealth Games. It is an amazing place to live,” Mr Ramsey said.
The Agency Gold Coast property partner John Natoli said that he was thrilled that Mr Ramsey had joined the agency, impressed by how he conducted his business.
“Andrew immediately impressed me, not only because of his courteous and polite nature, but he went out of his way to provide a level of service that many agents only ever speak about but few deliver,” Mr Natoli said.
The property partner said that Mr Ramsey is an agent who truly wants the best for his clients, something which would be a huge benefit to him joining The Agency.

Thomas McGlynn, national director of sales for The Agency, said that there is a strong connection between the types of properties Mr Ramsey specialises in and what his clients want.
