One of Century 21’s top-selling agents has come back to Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra after a stint at Harcourts Caloundra.
Steve Venn worked at Century 21 for four years from 2012 to 2016 and over that time was awarded Centurion status numerous times.
The Centurion award places him in the top 1 per cent of Century 21’s agents, which number over 110,000 worldwide.
Mr Venn re-joined the new-look Century 21 Lifestyle due to his desire to be a part of the new vision for C21.
“Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra has really hit the ground running in the 12 months it has been operating, winning significant local market share and building a clear vision for the future,” Mr Venn said.
Mr Venn added that the Sunshine Coast is only going to keep growing as a destination and he was excited to be a part of that.
“I am really looking forward to playing a small part in the future growth of both Caloundra and what I believe will be its leading real estate office: Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra,” the agent said.
Century 21 recently announced the launch of its largest marketing campaign in the group’s history, with spending to leverage social media, television, cinema and events to promote the group’s new brand reposition, message and vision for the future.
Century 21 Australasia chairman and owner Charles Tarbey welcomed Mr Venn back into the family.
“Steve is one of the leading real estate agents in the world, so it’s a wonderful vote of confidence in our Caloundra office and their vision to have him return,” Mr Tarbey said.
