An Australian real estate group is pushing into a new suburb to meet the growing need of clients in the area.
Xynergy Realty has opened a new office in Melbourne’s western suburb of Altona to better service the growing portfolio in the area.
The new office will be the first in the city’s west and sits in a prime location, minutes from Altona Beach and near the Pier Street shopping strip.
Xynergy Realty’s group business development director, Ivan Tandyo, said that the expansion will aim to offer a one-stop solution to the western area as part of the company’s commitment to the area.
“To be able to deliver the best service, you need to be a local agent; therefore, opening an office in Altona is a natural step in order to meet the needs of our clients,” Mr Tandyo said.
Mr Tandyo said that they currently service properties in the area and the new office will let them have greater accessible to clients in the area.
“This expansion will not only extend the reach of our services to current customers, but it will allow Xynergy to have a more diverse property portfolio. Therefore, we’re able to provide more living opportunities for potential tenants,” the business development director said.
The new office will mark Xynergy’s third Melbourne office, with the other two being in Oakleigh and South Yarra, servicing the inner and southeastern suburbs.
The new Altona office will be the ninth office for the group, which has other offices in Sydney, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and Medan.
