Two of its leading offices have emerged as the shining lights at rising network Belle Property’s national awards night in Sydney this week.

Dee Why office’s Nick Duchatel picked up the award for No. 1 Agent (GCI) and Bondi Junction was awarded the No. 1 Office (GCI) gong.

In addition, Bondi Junction principal Edward Brown, took home three of the network’s most prestigious awards: No. 1 Principal, No. 1 Transactions and No. 1 Office. This is a first for the Belle Property network.

CEO, Peter Hanscomb, paid tribute to the Sydney eastern suburbs office.

“We are incredibly proud of what Edward Brown, Daniel Gillespie and the entire Bondi Junction team have achieved this year,” he said.

“Bondi Junction won No. 1 Office in 2016, so to see them achieve these results yet again shows the true value of team work.”

He also lauded Mr Brown’s personal contribution.

“Ranked in REB’s Top 100 Agents earlier this year, to take out No. 1 Transactions in one of the most competitive marketplaces in the country, is a testament to not only Edward’s work ethic, but also to his direct team who have worked diligently to sell more individual houses than anyone else in the network.”

Mr Brown’s executive assistant, Michelle Stubbings, won the Personal Assistant/Team Leader of the Year Award.

The Dee Why office also had a strong night.

Along with Mr Duchatel being named the top sales agent for the second year running, PMs Lauren Bridges and Kristelle Yeomans dominated the Property Management categories.

Ms Bridges was awarded Business Development Manager of the Year in both highest gross commission and highest number of new business transactions, and Ms Yeomans won the Property Manager of the Year – Large Portfolio award.

“Dee Why’s wolfpack mentality, strong office culture and dedication to achieving outstanding results gained them a lot of recognition last night, especially in property management,” said Mr Hanscomb.

Mr Hanscomb said he is pleased with the group’s performance.

“In a market that has seen many businesses and agents go backwards in overall performance, the Belle Property network has statistically grown year-on-year, which is an incredible achievement.

“The past twelve months has been outstanding, and I couldn’t be prouder of the group of people we have in our business. We have a network that strives to work together and who genuinely enjoy seeing success in all levels of the business.

“Last night’s awards showcased that synergy and unified culture. I’m excited to see what the next twelve months bring to our group and our people.”
