Reiwa.com has launched a new app which will make property hunting in Western Australia easier than ever.
REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said the app will provide property hunters a convenient way to find their dream property, whether that is for a family home, investment property or rental accommodation.
“The WA public can take their property search on the go, using an array of intuitive features that make searching for property quick and easy,” Mr Pozzi said.
Mr Pozzi said that thousands of West Australians already use reiwa.com daily and this would help simplify the process.
“This new app makes the search process even simpler, with over 30,000 listings now available in the palm of your hand,” he said.
In addition to the property search function, the app will also feature an interactive map that lets users view amenities like schools and shops in any given area.
Users will also be able to find and compare agents and use the app as a storage place for inspection times and photos taken at those inspections.
Mr Pozzi said that the apps technology allows potential property buyers to be able to view properties regardless of where they are.
“Our interactive mapping and location-based technology means no matter where you are, you can view properties for sale or for rent in your area. Plus, use the app’s agent finder tool to find the right real estate professional for you,” Mr Pozzi said.
Mr Pozzi said that property plays an important part in Aussie’s live and this app was designed to make it that much easier.
